I really enjoy going to this church. Pastor Fred is my favorite pastor! Although I have not officially joined the church, he has always made me feel welcomed. I learnt to value that after visiting a different church to see my friend sing in Dallas and being singled out. After that I can say I appreciate Pastor Fred's kindness even more. I have been going to this church for about 2 years now. Due to travel, I am not there every weekend which makes me enjoy midweek services very much. The ones leading up to Christmas are my favorite. The church is small and most of the people know each other well. You get the sense there are no distractions- like who looks better- it really is all about worship. When Pastor Fred is giving the message he gets to a point when he closes his eyes and talks away and it is such a peaceful thing to experience. If you have been looking for a church to join and you feel nervous about the experience this would be the church to visit. The people are friendly and welcoming. The fact that the church is small also makes it less overwhelming for first timers. Traditional service is at 8:00AM, contemporary at 10:45, and on 5th Sundays there is only one service at 10:00AM followed by a luncheon. They have a Children's Center and Sunday's school at 9:20.
