  I went to finalize my aunt's arrangement on Wednesday May 8, 2017,her services on Friday at 2:00. I specially asked about how long will the flowers would be left after the service. A spokesman with Forest Lawn that took my money for a different granite base stated they would alright until Tuesday/Wednesday.
  I go Sunday, Mother's Day to find her fresh flowers, easels, baskets and silk all piled up on her grave. Not a one standing. This is so disrespectful to my family! This is unexceptionable service! Very upset!

  I have had a great experience with this establishment in the way they handle and conduct their business. I congratulate them on a wonderful job that they did for my Fathers service, this is indeed a trying time for anyone and their families, and they made it effortless on our part by taking care of every little detail. Thanks so much for being there caring and helping my family at such a great time of sorrow & need. Pam Castello 01/05/2016
