  This is a fantastic church, I've been going for bout a year now, yes its a big church which seems a bit overwhelming at first but the people and the gospel make you feel right at home. Pastor Nathan is amazing, he's hilarious, down to earth, and he tells it like it is. If your looking for a church that doesn't judge or ask you to be a certain way And loves you for you, this is the place to be

  Been attending Calvary for 6 months now with my wife, and we really love it. It's a great place to grow in your faith because they have Bible study classes for just about any demographic and Pastor Cothen really challenges not only your Biblical literacy, but also your character, your habits, and your priorities. And what's best about his preaching is that he does so from a place of genuine love and concern. he doesn't say things that are politically incorrect for shock value; he says them because he cares.

  Yes it's big, and yes, it has lots of programs. The point is to reach as many people as possible for Christ and lift them up. The people I've met there truly are sincere in their love for each other and for their fellow man. If you go to any church with the expectation of getting something out of it, without investing anything of yourself, you will always be disappointed. Being an INVOLVED member of THIS church has helped me to be a better Christian, Bible scholar and husband.
